Refund Policy

1. Trial Period

We offer a 14-day trial period for $10 to give you full access to all Ellinia features. This allows you to evaluate whether the Service meets your homeschool needs.

  • The trial fee of $10 is non-refundable.
  • You may cancel during the trial to avoid being charged the full monthly subscription.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription.

2. Monthly Subscription

After the trial period, subscriptions are billed monthly. Here is our refund policy for monthly subscriptions:

  • No partial refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds for unused time: If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the Service for an extended period and were not resolved in a timely manner
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Billing errors on our part

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  1. Logging into your account
  2. Navigating to Settings → Subscription
  3. Clicking "Cancel Subscription"

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request
